The worse drive through. They deleted the Mercedes branch to merge with this branch and for what? Too much volume for the amount of workers here. You will wait 40 minutes plus to deposit and there is no clear commercial lane. See tons of reviews but no solution and no change. I closed my account when they switched but unfortunately my employer banks here.

3 days straight calling 1 hr, 1.5 hrs & today 2 hrs & no answer. Since they became PNC they have made a mess of things, we had 9 business accounts we took out of there and kept 1 and now I think it's time to leave all together.

Now a branch of PNC. The staff obviously was not trained in new systems and policies prior to the merger going live. People are forced to wait online outside the front doors. Calling OBC support is a absolute nightmare. They don't answer or the verification system will be down, or they will ask you who you sold a house to, twenty plus years ago. Customer service? More like "servicing" the customers. Don't walk away, run away!

Worst branch that BBVA has. Most of their branches are filled with rude people. In my experience, the one on Jackson and expressway has been an exception. But this branch takes the cake. RUDE people, and to top it of there's not enough lanes open, like ever.

I called this morning and the automated teller says that if I need to schedule an appointment with a banker to ask and I would have someone schedule a time. And I understand this as we're going thru a pandemic, so I called and their response is " if we don't know you personally we will not let you into the lobby". This was coming from the lady who answered for customer service.So if I already have a savings account and checking account don't you know me already? Or does my account have to be a very healthy one? All I wanted was to open another savings or money market account, its ridiculous to treat customers like this. I will be calling on other banks to see which one would like my business. This is just terrible customer service. And please change the automated message if you really don't want to talk to your customers of many years and not so deep pockets!
