“My rating would've been 1 star had it not been for this extremely kind and helpful young lady. I believe her name is Lori. There were some issues with a return and she clearly and concisely explained everything and even offered alternatives. My wife and I left very happy. When otherwise it would've been pretty upsetting. If she's not already then she should definitely be in management. If the Ross here in Donna wants to succeed they need more people like her.J. J.”
“I want to thank Anna for her help. She made my day. My purchase was so easy to fulfill with her service. I'm from Laredo Texas and had just bought a sweater for my teen daughter which I messed up.
