They left many details that were not fixed. When I drove my vehicle back home, I noticed that the engine was failing and that the A/C was and still is making noises. There are too many other details to list that my vehicle did not have prior to me taking it in for repairs. I am very dissatisfied with the service provided.

Vehicle had severe damage , adjuster looked it over and was speedy with estimate and ordering parts for assembly , painting and getting all the quality control aspects taken care of in the timely manner while maintaining and delivering a world class service throughout start to finish , was quickly notified that vehicle was ready for pickup , vehicle look better than the day i bought , thank you hacienda collision

The experience at Hacienda was pleasant and smooth, from the time I dropped off my car to the time that it was ready for pick-up. The time frame they gave me was correct. My car looks like nothing happened to it. The front bumper looks great. Thank you, staff. Many blessings.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I hope to save someone a headache. My Volvo was left worse after Hacienda Collision in Weslaco “repaired” it—doors didn’t open/close right, panels didn’t line up, and they never did an alignment, which ruined two sets of tires. Even after admitting mistakes, they still didn’t fix it properly and only Volvo could finish the job. The manager tried to help and offered a rental, but we ended up being charged for it. It’s been two years and I’m still dealing with issues from their work. If you have GEICO, be careful—they’ll send you here because it’s cheap, not because it’s quality. Find a shop certified to work on your car.
