I tried placing an order online, the website just keeps crashing, I called if I could place the order over the phone, and I was told no to call the McAllen store because they didn’t know how to make an order over the phone. Are you kidding me??

No one speaks English. I don’t speak Spanish fluently, asked for someone who could help me out and said no one speaks English.

The worst service. I received my edible arrangements at work and it looked tacky and very unprofessional. I've been waiting since February for their response and part refund we were promised and haven't received anything. never again.
