I made an order for my a family member since we live out of state, she has yet to receive order. I've tried calling store and nothing! I've left numerous voicemails and no call back! I've never had a problem with this store till now. I've since then canceled order n requested refund n still nothing! This is very upsetting

I ordered a birthday arrangement for my daughter to include a birthday balloon. The order arrived without the balloon. That's not that big of a deal, but I would like a refund for not receiving the balloon.I tried to call about the order and I cannot get in contact with anyone that speaks English. The lady that does answer the phone does not speak English and is not interested in finding somebody that does speak English to help out. Her response is basically, "sorry, if you don't speak Spanish, I can't help you." I can't find any other way to contact somebody that can help.

This store is a joke!They sent my mother and mother in law the ugliest arrangements for Mother’s Day.Looked like someone just cut fruits in whatever shape they wanted and stuck it to a bbq stick!I was so embarrassed!The bottom of the arrangement was not even covered, the chocolate strawberries were all falling apart as well.When I tried to contact the manager “Mr. Brown” he was NEVER in the store.I called every other day for 2 months and NEVER THERE?!I hope this place closes down.Save your money people and don’t buy from here!

The worst service. I received my edible arrangements at work and it looked tacky and very unprofessional. I've been waiting since February for their response and part refund we were promised and haven't received anything. never again.

If i could give this zero stars i would. Well I order something for my mother in law and she never received it. When I tried to call and check on the order we had a language barrier she only spoke Spanish. I just got on the website didn't even check for reviews. Now I really wished I checked because I would have never went through this!!

Order was never delivered. Ordered a day before and called the day of and was assured that order would be delivered before 7pm. Kept refreshing confirmation email and it showed out for delivery since 5pm. Recipient never got order. Very upsetting

Second time they fail to deliver what my husband ordered. Don’t even waste your money here trying to make someone’s day special. Order will not be deliver promptly.

Ordered birthday Arrangements on the 8Th of August for my little girl Birthday on the 9th and she never received her Gift if they cannot arrange Delivery then Remove the Delivery Service very Sad and bad for Business they could have easily called and explained and I would had my wife Pick up but couldn't even call Will be Calling Corporate and will be speaking to Manager if it does not get resolved I will be calling BBB I expect my Money Back ASAP

My husband who is deployed place an order of almost $200 dollars. To be Delivered to me on Saturday they didn’t deliver. I call Sunday to ask if I could pick up the order and the lady said she didn’t see an order under that name. She said, she was new and sundays there are no deliveries. So I told my husband just cancel the order bcuz I don’t want the old fruit. They’ll probably bring me the arrangement that was created Saturday. Well Monday morning I get my order. The fruit looked disgusting I told my husband I appreciated his thoughtfulness not his fault but, I would call to return the arrangement. I called and they said I could take it back. I went back and all the manager said, was sorry. Didn’t offer to remake it fresh or anything. So disappointed definitely we will not be ordering from this location again.

Never again! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Husband ordered $170 arrangement that never got delivered! I called for a refund the next day and the guy said I would get full refund! Now they are saying half of the order got delivered and only refunded us $70! It is a scam!!! Now I’m having to deal with how to get our money back for something paid but not received! They also said they would speak to the owner and will call back…never did! When called again I asked for the managers name to keep calling and they say they can not give out the name of the manager/owner.

I made 100 dollar order .Called in the a.m. to ask about delivery time.The one woman on phone instantly says Spanish please.I speak Spanish fluently proceed to ask about my arrangement was told Guy had just arrived and they had back orders did not even ask my name or about my order.She also said she was flooded with orders to call later for delivery info.My delivery was going to a business which closed at 5 .I call around 4:15 woman again replies that the said Guy was not there yet for delivery and it was totally out of her hands in regards to delivery.SO IMASSUMING THEY NEVER HAD DELIVERY AVAILABLE AT ALL.Had to cancel my order and proceeds to tell me .I will have to wait until Wednesday to get a refund back.I will never order from this location found out they own McAllen Edible arrangements as well.Keep an watch outout they steal from their customers

My husband placed an order of over $400, and unfortunately items were missing. We contacted the office and they stated that we were going to get a credit for the missing items, and as of today (2 weeks later), nothing has been credited to our account. The order looked as if it was just thrown together quickly and did not look anything like the photo. Would not recommend this location.

I ordered a mother's day platter of strawberries and was disappointed by how it looked. Online the platter looks very nice with two dozen or more strawberries, neatly arranged in a spiral but it looked like it was done in a rush and with less fruit. Paid $70 for a small sad looking plate of strawberries. I don't usually write reviews but I had to for this one. I will not be ordered anything from this place again.

I was hesistant to order from the Weslaco location and with good reason. Their customer service ettiquete is subpar both in person and on the phone. I placed my order for curbside and when I called, they said their system didn't have it as a curbside order. But my order reciept clearly states to call for the curbside order. The lady was audibly annoyed and had no interest in customer satisfaction. I spent over $150 for zero customer service. Never again.
