Had me sign an tablet without showing/telling me what I’m signing and then scoffed when I asked a question to my partner on top of that I got my car checked out at my dealer ship and it was a completely different problem than what they said (they said I had to replace the whole thing) when it was only a wire I had to replace.

Did what I brought it in for but failed to inform me of additional broken pipe that I now have to go elsewhere to be repaired. Didn't call, text or email me of this additional issue but was informative via email of additional service items that they feel need to be done. Well, if I do have those things done it certainly will not be at Firestone.

I walked in to Firestone and inquired about a service that I wanted. I asked about price and time to do it. I was surprised when she told me that it could be done within an hour. I gave her my keys and waited, Sure enough, the alignment was done on time. Great service.

They couldn't do my alignment because some stability light was showing on the dash! That's why I needed the alignment. Went over to pepboys and they did it no problem!

The guys in there were very nice and informative. We chatted and they answered all questions I asked. Juan, who did my paper work, was very nice. I don't remember the other guy's name at the front desk but they were both great!

This is our go to spot for maintenance in Weslaco. They’re always friendly and helpful. They Recommend what’s needed, but don’t pressure if unable to do at that time. Good at following up during process and checking in. Rarely takes as long as expected, often finish faster than expected. Appreciate the service!
