About Frontera Audubon Society
Frontera Audubon Society is a charming nature spot ideal for bird watching and enjoying wildlife. Visitors appreciate the kindness of the staff, who share the history of the site and offer insights into its natural beauty. The area features several ponds where turtles, ducks, and cranes can be seen, although feeding the animals is not allowed. The trails are well-maintained and provide a peaceful setting for nature walks, with plenty of shaded spots for warm days. While there may be fewer birds on Sundays due to a lack of bird feed, the experience remains enjoyable. The facilities are clean, and there are picnic tables available for visitors. College students can benefit from a discount on the entrance fee, making it an accessible destination for all. Overall, Frontera Audubon Society is a wonderful oasis for nature lovers.
