H-E-B Pharmacy provides helpful service with staff who go out of their way to assist customers and explain medications. Many customers report being really satisfied and receiving great, friendly, and attentive service. The pharmacy contacts customers when prescriptions are ready. However, wait times can sometimes be long, and the overall experience is described as just eh for simply picking up meds. Some staff members are noted as super nice and very helpful, while at other times, service can be not super pleasant with vague responses.
I always love the service we get at HEB pharmacy. Staff is always super helpful to my needs and their immunization service is A+. Their pharmacists have helped my family more than they know!
