Bought a Dremel tool and some Diamond blade wheels for a job I had , the tool wouldn’t work harldly at all it bound up and the Diamond blades didn’t cut much , so I took it back the next day with the reciept , the clerk never even batted an eye when I said it didn’t do what I needed he just offered me a refund and the very next Morning the credit was back on my card , now thats service ,

I was having trouble looking for one particular iten, and couldn't find it. An associate helped me locate the item location only to find the product was not there. He checked the back for more and found and restocked the item. I appreciate the help from all the associates at Harbor Freight. Highly recommend for anyone looking for good quality tools without breaking the bank.

Like their products, staff is knowledgeable and friendly except for 1. The one thing that Does bother me is when I call, I know they hang up on me instead of answering??? Only once has someone answered and she actually tried to help me but when I was transferred to someone....click. They hung up on me. 😤😡
