Rude, rude, rude the people at customer service. They act as if they are doing you a favor, I went to return paint because they gave me the wrong one last night, they even had it ready since they had handed me the wrong one. I asked the lady at front are you doing an exchange because I am exchanging not only returning. Then another employee came and said No! She is doing it right! All I wanted to know If it was not an exchange so my husband could go and get un line since we were in a hurry.... then he kept on going and going, wearing his face mask under his nose O asked him to please cover his nose and he replied you are not my mom!! Rude rude rude second time it happens to us this week rude people little only no help at all in the store, not going back to home depot ever, there is plenty of stuff at Lowes and personnel a lot more polite

Waited over an hour for someone to take a pallet off a shelf, had to ask 5 different associates for help , and when approached by a manager his response was “ we’re trying our best “. This is not the first time either. 8 people we saw in that department we asked 5 for help.

Worst customer service. Don't get me wrong, the employees, if you can find one, are mostly nice, however, as a PRO customer I am in line at LEAST 30 minutes every time I have to go. Mainly because they have only one person at a register at a time. All hours of the day I wait. Need at least two people at all times maybe three with the volume. I don't have that kind of time. They all seem so disorganized. Is it a Home Depot thing? Want always like this.

Horrible Customer Service! Purchased all my material at 2:40pm and when we asked somebody to help us they cut us off and walked away. On top of that when we needed more lumber since there wasn’t any on the platform anymore they took their sweet time! Talked to several employees and I haven’t received any type of help. It’s 4:57 about to be 5pm!! And no one has came to help!! I’m very unpleased that even being a Pro Customer they cant take time to help you. I’ve loaded all my materials by myself and all I needed are a few more pieces of lumber that has taken them 2 plus hours to get!!!? RIDICULOUS
