I wish I could rate less than 1 star. I have never had a worse experience in getting my nails done in 20+ years. No communication from the tech. The tech cut me several times. Nailed look worse than they did when I arrived at the “salon”. Unless you are a regular, I imagine you will not get good service. It seemed like I was more of a bother than someone there for a service. The place was very dirty. Tools used were not taken from the sterilize machine to cut my cuticles.
I just do not know how they can still be in business. I guess you get what you pay for when it only cost $36 (which includes the 3% charge for card use) for a fill. I wish I had gotten up from the seat and went somewhere else to complete the service.
So very disappointed and wish I could give negative stars.
The worse place I have ever been to and I have lived all over the US.

NEVER GO....WORST PLACE EVER. Wish I could put negative stars. When I get there, I walk to the counter and am sent to sit in a seat to wait for someone to assist me with my nails. That seat was broken so I went to sit in a different one. After a 30min wait a woman came to where I was seated and started to file my nails for a new set. We are discussing what I want when another woman, apparently the one in charge of this place, abruptly comes and tells her that she shouldn't have taken me because it was not my turn and I was sitting in the wrong seat. That I was TOLD to sit somewhere else. I felt so bad for this woman because the manager or owner, whichever she is, told her...you didn't understand what I said or what in a very ugly and unprofessional manner, making her and myself uncomfortable. I held my tongue instead of ripping into this woman and just told the girl I would wait and moved chairs again. After another 45min of waiting and watching customers come and go, without once seeing employees change or sanitize their tools between guests, the same manager told me to go to another girl to get my nails done. I said I wanted a specific person and she said fine. I waited another 30min only to be directed to another person, not the one I requested, I said no again and asked for the same lady as I had previously. The manager then leaves for the day, but not before texting all of the other employees (which was obvious when all their cells beeped at the same time after she typed her little message). I can only assume she told them all not to do my nails at all because about 30min later several people leave including the girl I had asked for. Only 1 employee remains and I hear the customer she is working on say that it wasn't right to do that to me to which the employee says, she had her chance, we are already closed now so...she can just leave or keep sitting there. This place and it's people are ridiculous. To have a customer wait over 2+ hours for nothing and just leave without saying anything to that customer is absurd. I don't know what their problem was but l will NEVER step foot in there again and wouldn't recommend anyone else doing so.

Bad service, unprofessional! Overpriced for acrylic nail refill and change of color. Nail tech kept cutting my cuticle and cheap product's applied to my nails. Felt burning sensation all through the process. After a week, acrylic nail lifting up! 🤦🏻♀️

Worst nails I've even gotten, cut me twice, so deep I'm having to where bandages, Never cleaned equipment after my blood was on it just put it back in her drawer! acrylic fill all over my finger not filed in it overlaps my skin, nails all filed differently. Worst part it was my birthday never again.

I just had an amazing pedicure done, she took her time and made sure that she left my toes perfect she was the elder Asian lady who was sweet! However, while she was doing my pedicure the other women working there kept talking bad about her stating that she is greedy and rude and that she moves to slow so even if it is her turn to do a pedicure she isn’t moving fast enough. But the young lady who did a pedicure on a customer next to me finished quickly and yet the polish came off instantly and the customer was not happy. I’m not saying that there won’t be conflict with other coworkers but please be mindful that you shouldn’t be rudely talking about them in front of customers. Very disappointed with that and I felt uncomfortable.

Amazing! Owner is very quick and efficient. Nails always look good after getting a manicure here, I always get compliments. My nails have lasted from January to end of March with a few fill ins! Please do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a manicure here!

should not even get any stars at all for a work like they did on my sister! charging her so much for nails that didn’t even look like what she asked for, do your guys job right or don’t do it at all ? hope people read the reviews!
