I've been with IBC Bank for 18 years and I have never had any money transaction problems. This bank has taken really good care of my checking account. With this new free app service that they have, I can now block my card in case I loose it. And if I find it I can unblock it and continue to use it. I'm staying with IBC for more years to come. Keep up the AMAZING JOB ?. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Bank.

Worst place they don’t care about customer service period I watched to employees laugh and sit on there phones in the office while me and several other customer waited in line to speak to a manager for 30 minutes
