Worst customer service ever!! I.
Recently bought a razor flip phone. It came out defective the screen went black!! I Went to the store and talked to the manager sam was not helpful at all ! She told me she can't help me! She told me to talk to her general manager but that he was just going to piss us off !! What kind of customer service is that ! I have the phone for 2 days. They have a sign for 14 days refundable.Please do not go here save your time and money! Highly don't recommend

The hours on Google are not to right hours of operation. Will not be coming to this location again. Waited for a long time thinking they were gonna open only to find out it would another hour at least. Do better Metro.👎
