0 stars for sure. Receptionists mess up 10/10 times and the wait is usually 3+ hours. 3 months to schedule doctor appointment. Went in twice this month and both times they forgot my appointment and sent me home. Horrible avoid at all costs

The best doctor I have seen here is Dr. Cabrera. He really cares and he gets to the bottom of your illness. After two weeks of not being able to sleep, I went in to office and got to see him for first time and he was the one to help me. Great doctor God bless him always.

If i could give this office no stars I would. The entire staff is rude, uncooperative and quite frankly not for the health care service. You never know when you actually see your Dr or if you're going to see a practitioner which they never inform the patient beforehad. The wait times are ridiculous and many times my mom has been forgotten about. They make it incredibly difficult to get refills on medication, or to get in contact with a nurse. Even when setting up appointments you have to call multiple times before you can even speak to an actual person.

They never have time for their patients, even those with cancer. When they do find time for a PA to finally see you, the PA asks you what you want them to prescribe. Sorry, we’re not looking for a drug dealer, we’re looking for professional medical attention. Our primary physician at this location retired and was replaced two years ago. We’ve yet to meet this new primary in person, as he’s always too busy, but we can make an appointment and wait another 4 months for his calendar to open, even though there’s never anyone in their lobby.

I have been going to Dr Fuentes since I was a teenager. And since they were bought out and are under different management they failed as a practice to take care of their patients.Every time I call no one answers. It is an automated system advising that my call is very important to them and to wait for an agent. If it was so important they wouldn’t have me waiting longer than 5 minutes.As someone with a chronic illness, I need a doctor that prioritizes customer service and quality care. This practice does not have it.I will be transferring somewhere else.

Staff and docs are awesome! I drive from San Juan just to visit Dr. Cabrera and staff. Always a clean facility. Staff is courteous.

Not in my life have I had the worst experience visiting a doctor office not like this one. They denied my health insurance all because pcp is different and some staff not very friendly. Years back wasn't like this. As a walk in been here almost two hours and half and not been seen yet. Just told to get up and go pay my flu test and consult and not even being seen yet..All been done is a flu test and still waiting. Very disorganized and lack of communication.

Overall experience was bad. Calling the office to get an appointment was a struggle. Took 40 minutes to get a hold of the front desk to schedule an appointment. The day of the visit was worse. Front desk clerk appeared frustrated and was rude. Nurse practitioner Puente was also impolite and unprofessional, not only to me but my mom. I do not recommend this place.

They are rude and they never answer the phone cause they just there for pay check. And never answer to help patience. Along with lying. The parking lot is a mess and the walk way is slippery when it rains making it dangerous for people walking or on wheelchair. The lady cleaning chairs and offering people something to drink is the only good thing about this place.

Front desk associates never helpful. I ask them questions and they never have answers. This is for the last 10 years that I have been coming to this office. The Doctors here at this facility I rated them at 10. I asked for my results and they always make me come back when my doctor had told me to pick them up.

Was ill and tested positive for covid. Doctor Padron prescribed zinthromizine. Never got called in to the pharmacy. I called and spoke to the receptionist 3 separate times and she said she would let the nurse know but I never received a call back and I called yesterday and spoke with the same girl requested to speak with office manager and she left me on hold and never came back. Was on hold for 30 minutes and then phone was hung up on their side. I had to get medication from Mexico because they never came thru. Love doctor Mery and have been going to this doctor for years. I was so ill the weekend and was not able to count on my family doctors. So disappointed.

I love how my Dr takes time to review the reason I’m there. They make sure all your needs/questions are met. There are times it takes a while to get through, but it goes to show that they are that busy (Keep calling) because the service is excellent. The front staff will always greet you with a smile and answer with grace ?... Thank you!

Went to the dr various of times they always seem to not call my medicine in if it’s not another different dr ever time!! I’ve never had so much trouble with so many drs not paying attention to their patients!!!
