Ever since they downsized and let Savannah Smiles in, not my favorite place any more. I’m saddened by the latest reviews. I know this shop is connected to Mid Valley Christian Academy….but it appears Christ-like love is not found at this store anymore.Also Savannah smiles likes to post wildly ignorant and hate filled posts on IG. We all know this is inside you store? And you’re okay with that?! Shame

i went in looking for something in particular i went in with my teen kids and the lady there just followed us the whole entire time we were there like if we were going to steal something i couldnt even look comfortable so we left instead of buying what i needed instead i spent my money somewhere else i will never go back to that store

I am a business owner and everyone once in awhile I have to send out samples of my product to potential costumers. I am located in Mercedes and I would always take the time to come here and send out what I needed to send. I am usually dressed ok due to the fact that I have to meet with people daily regarding my business. One day I had to send a sample out, so I took the drive to MVOS. This day I was not dressed as I usually am at work. Instead I was wearing shorts, short sleeve T shirt, cap, and Nikes. I was also have lots of Tattoos that are usually hidden as I wear long sleeves most of the time. I get to the door and was stopped and not let in. It was embarrassing because the lady behind the counter was kind of yelling at me not to come in. There was other costumers there so they were open. The only reason I could think of why they didn't let me in is because of how I looked. Anyway that was the last time I ever went there.

Horrible service. Went to look for some supplies and was told by the lady at the cashier register that they did not have any and that the supplies were in back order. My husband later sends me a text telling me he found the supplies, it was at the store that I had been earlier. When he asked the lady at the store why she has told me they were out of the products she replied, “did she look for them in the store?” Unbelievable.
