Hector was extremely pleasant and helpful, both initially and when I went back to sign the contract. He had done everything that he had said he would at the first visit, and was very accommodating and helpful.

I first stored my car and belongings for three months while traveling. I panicked while in Europe due to severe flooding in area of storage facility and when I called, I was assured there was no flooding in facility. When I returned I was able to downsize my unit easily. The manager is super friendly and helpful. After 7 months I had UHaul drop a ubox for me to load and have picked up and the manager again was so helpful. I highly recommend the company and the Weslaco facility in particular. Really great service!!

Thank you, NSA Storage. Abbie, was a God sent. Great customer service, great personality. She answered all my questions with a smile. Good customer service is hard to find these days. I'm glad there are still companies out there that makes great customer service part of there core values

I’ve had a great experience my first 2 years, however, I am here to leave a 1-star review. My light bulb has been out for more than a month and a half and I’ve had to work in the dark for several days. The property manager went out to fix it the second day, however the ladder was broken. I called back today and they said that the ladder hasn’t come in and they don’t know when it’s coming in. In addition, they stated the light bulb is a “feature” of the unit. How ridiculous. We are paying for a service, and while I can change the bulb myself, I do not own a 10 foot ladder and am certainly not going to go buy one at my own expense. So how many more days am I going to have to work in the dark? I hope no one else has gone through this, it was certainly not mentioned when I signed the contract that in the event no one can change the bulb that I would have to change it myself with my own ladder. The only reason I haven’t switched is because I have a large unit and so much in it. It should be a simple fix. Or at least have the business purchase a new ladder. I’m paying for a service I can’t even use.
