First time and last time. Yesterday afternoon, I went in to do my manicure with gel polish at the Westgate Drive location in Weslaco. I went as a walk-in and they promote a walk-in welcome. Apparently, they only do by appointment. When I arrived, only one customer was before me, but customers by appointment were arriving and obviously they went before me. After waiting for an hour (My son was with me) we decided to leave. It was lack of communication on their part the “male” employee should have given me an option, I was next but it might take HOURS or it's better if I schedule an appointment for another day! Nothing!!

The Manager was congenial on the phone, He let me know; that My pedicurist will be on vacation until 10 March. Because She is 'So Good' of course; i shall wait.

Didn't get his name, but he did a great job. I love my nails. They weren't to thin or thick, didn't leave a gap between the nail bed and the overlay (I hate that) and shaped into a very nice almond shape. The price was also very reasonable. I took off two stars because the table tops where you put your hands was sooo dirty. nail dust EVERYWHERE and no attempts to clean. Nail dust was all over the place and I couldn't put my hands on the counter without dust all over myself and it wasn't even mine. It made me feel uncomfortable. I understand nail dust is gonna happen but I've never seen a nail shop so dirty. If they cleaned up the place I would recommend it to everyone, but as is I would be embarrassed to recommend such a dirty shop.

Ken always does a really good job on my nails! Designs are always perfect, never lets me down. He’s open late and always delivers the most beautiful nails.

Horrible experience! The older lady was very rough while doing my pedicure. She cutting into my skin on my pinky. She didn't even care. She didn't apologize.

Requested style: I specifically told the tech what shape I wanted and he gave me whatever he wanted. He didn’t even ask if I was ok with the shape and when I told him that was not what I asked for he just said “oh” didn’t the whole time speaking in his language to everyone else except me. Didn’t even bother asking if I was getting what I wanted. Super unhappy with the services.
