Our experience with Payne Collison center was great. Our vehicle was stolen more then a year ago and after going back and forth with a previous auto shop and have them tell us they couldn't fix the vehicle, we brought it to Payne Collison and met Mr. David Ramirez. He was able to work on our vehicle and had it ready within a month. He was also very friendly and we could tell very dedicated to his work. He kept us updated on the progress throughout. My husband and I are very satisfied with the work. Moreover extremely grateful from the attention from Mr. Ramirez. Thank you!!

Lack of specific information to the client about the work to be done, they tell you what will be required and then that something else is missing that is not contemplated in the first estimate.

Josh Perez he actually fixed my car and it looks like a new car all over again. If need your fix or Estimate on your car Damage asked for Josh Perez he will tell you how much it will cost and long it will take for you car to be fixed. Thank you, Payne collision center and Josh as well

Terrible service and I'm trying now to see how they work because as soon as 3l the car was already ready with the hood all pushed to one side and the apron sticking out and out of adjustment and as they fixed it it took 3n 20 minutes and those 20 minutes have turned into 7 days Abiles d work .. terrible attitude of manager David and not even if he tells the other workers

If I could give a zero review I would! My daughters vehicle has been sitting there for 3 months! They keep blaming the insurance when in actuality, I call the insurance and they say nothing has been sent to them! My insurance hasn’t been the issue, the issue is Jessie that’s working on the vehicle! He is not sending in supplements to the insurance, he is not doing what is supposed to be done! I have had to call my insurance multiple times to get things moving and they have been great getting things done! I call and nobody can give me an update other than Jessie. And Jessie is never in, and they can’t go through his work emails to give me an update! Terrible service and terrible communication. He never calls back! I would not recommend leaving your vehicle there! Our vehicle has been there since April 22- and is currently parked in the lot July 18,2023Service: Body & Trim

Trying to get ahold you of guys to find out how much a windshield is but no one answers!! I called in the morning nothing then called again at 2pm no one answered! Left my information on trying to get a quote still haven't received any feedback!

Took 3 months and one week. Insurance Co.estimated 11 days for repair. Added week was because paint did not match and had to be repainted. Lots of promises and excuses but was without vehicle for over 3 months.Service: Body & Trim
