did you ever have one of those days when you'd been out to the Island and then heading home the reliable El Camino fuel pump in the tank lets go? coasting to the side of the road at dusk is not a good feeling. so the next day after getting towed to Pep Boys the night before, you get to the manger and he advises "we can fix you up". Good feeling but not great yet 'cause the Camino is still on the lift when you show up. then you see her coming down and starts right up... Great Feeling! Pep Boys may have lost a half a tank of gas in the process but the baby is running and I'm checking out and heading home. Great 5 Star repair. Thanks PB's AxE

My first time to Pep boys, any Pep boys, and will be my last. Good, they were close to the off ramp because I hit an object on the fwy and saw them when I got off. Good that they took us almost immediately, Good that there was Golden Corral very close. Good that they replaced the irreparable tire with the spare. That's where they went BAD. They left a mess in the back of the truck: left the back seat open, left the jack and equipment from the back seat on the floor of the truck. Either they need to be trained, or they could care less, and I'm counting on the latter. In principle, we left a tip since there was no charge. Honest. When we drove off, I saw Discount Tire a mile away, the store I've been going to for over 40 years. Pep boys did not earn my business and never will.

They always provide us great service. I like how they always let us know what needs to be maintenance soon. Thankful for the coupons and discounts they give us every time. The service manager Mr. Salinas is always professional and helpful.

On my way down to the Valley from Fort Worth my speedometer was acting crazy, the break, ABS and traction control lights were blinking. Took it to Pep Boys and they were able to diagnose it and fix the issue. The Collison center I took it to before Pep Boys didn’t do their job right here in Fort Worth. So glad I was able to get it fixed down there. Thank you Joan and Benigno (I believe) for everything and triple checking my vehicle making sure we would get back to Fort Worth safe. I truly appreciate it!

Pep Boys in Weslaco returned my Jeep Wrangler to its former glory! I called in the morning, and Arlene Rocha gave me an accurate and well-priced quote. Within the same hour she met me up front and was assessing my Jeep. She kept me updated, and had my vehicle to me the same day. Excellent service, great prices, and amazing & friendly staff. Highly recommend over dealership pricing!

Great place their employees are always very friendly and helpful. Mr. Benny Salinas explained to me a very in detailed about my services. He even went the extra mile to show me the difference between the tire thread and what he recommended me for my truck. I highly recommend this place and its well managed establishment.
