We were very dissatisfied with the manager who checked us out with some dog food we were buying and for us paying for our two dogs who had been groomed. Andre, our groomer, as always, was exceptional. He is sooo good. The manager did not have good PR with us as guests. He was short, seemingly in a hurry, not friendly and not giving us the time to patiently explain our bill. I asked him to put a 20% for Andre for each of our dogs that was groomed. It should have been $12.50 for each dog and he only put down $8 for each dog. I will give Andre his due extra amt of the tip the next time we bring our dogs in to be groomed. But I have dealt with your manager before and he has terrible people skills. I hope he’s not there the next time we come in. Thank you for reading.

Came all the way from Harlingen 10 min till closed not busy one bit. The lazy 2 workers couldn't take there time to sell me a a pair of fish easy 100 bucks or more was gonna spend but now gotta wait till I can come back again. Work intill close time geez! 15 min till store closes no fish sales trash rule ??

The staff member that retrieved the fish I requested was awesome. The cashier was annoying and unprofessional. Joking around to the extent of giving my total in pennies and never thought to correct herself.I understood the total I just thought she was too silly for the day I was having. It was my first experience at Petco and I could've gone without all the extra nonsense. I purchased 3 fish, snails and plants and I am very pleased that everything is thriving.

Horrible customer service from an older aged woman! She might have been a manager but I asked her one question she had an attitude from the beginning. She couldn’t not even make eye contact with me, she was just so rude it was disgusting. i didn’t even want to continue shopping there but I needed to grab a few items for my animals.

I'm told to wait, when I was next in line, while clerk checks everyone out behind me. I've already bought & paid for my items so i'm supposed to wait. 2nd time I've had this happen. Not happy.
