Won’t Be Returning.
Arrived at 7:45 AM to wash two blankets. My plan was to use the 6-load washers, one per blanket, but every single one had visible residue, some with stagnant liquid that looked like it had been sitting for weeks. Not sanitary.
I opted for the 8-load washers instead, which appeared cleaner, likely because fewer people use them due to the higher price.
Followed the posted instructions: loaded the blanket, selected hot wash, and added both detergent and softener to the top compartment.
Five minutes into the cycle, I checked the compartment neither detergent nor softener had dispensed. I checked the second machine I was using, and only the softener had gone through.
I notified the staff member on duty. Her explanation? “You didn’t use enough detergent.” (In Spanish) I told her I followed the instructions exactly. She responded by grabbing a bucket and overfilling the compartment to force the soap through.
When I asked about the second machine and why it only dispensed softener and not detergent, she got defensive and again flooded the compartment with water to push the product through.
Summary:
• Machines failed to dispense detergent/softener properly
• Staff couldn’t provide a clear explanation and responded with attitude
• Lost 5–7 minutes of wash time
• No refund offered

They should put signs the dryers are out of order.. they charge $1 per dryer n they didn’t wanna give me my money back that’s not right

Recent visit was great 👍. Zero negative comments report. They had very large washers marked as ( weekly special) ( 4 very large washers). Saved me time and money. All the equipment in the location seemed very new and every single appliance in the location was in perfect working condition. The dryers are reasonably priced. As you only have to drop in one quarter to get it started. To my surprise they worked very well and actually heated up quickly. Unlike everywhere else I have visited to wash . Seriously speaking the best I have experienced for my money spent. There is polite friendly staff on hand to assist with any concerns or questions. Would highly recommend this location for many reasons. Would give over 5 stars if that were possible. Awesome customer service. The best laundry in that area in my opinion.

Like how it's open 24hrs but some of the washers of 3.25 don't wash the clothes right it still comes out smelling dirty I believe it the 2nd wash in the Weslaco location on the right hand towards the end

I have been to this location 2 time and no issue but this time was the worst the attendant doesn't speak English so she was no help when I asked for assistance with the dryer being as people were just leaving clothes in them and the dryer had stopped. I didn't won't to touch other people things. I waited an hour to use a dryer. I don't think I will come back didn't feel welcome.

Nice clean place. Restroom needs attention. Other than that, attendants are nice, friendly & very helpful. Like that there's a variety of sizes for washers but dnt like the fact that washers take too long to start filling with water!
