I recommend this branch 100%, the service from the entrance to its employees is the best. My visit was looking for an alternative for a personal loan and the result was great. I want to mention that Samantha gave me the best service, she was very attentive to my needs and looked for a thousand and one alternatives, she did not allow me to leave empty-handed. I definitely opened my account with them and I don't regret choosing them.

The new machines they have to basically replace the bank tellers suck. I couldn't take money out because the screen wasn't working and when I requested to speak with a representative a person from another city probably not even from valley answered video and then she put me on hold. I left because it's ridiculous how.much hard they make it just to withdraw money from your own account

Unbelievably bad customer service! Had to cash out a CD early and was charged double the penalty I had been told a week earlier. No one with any authority on site, not helpful, I closed all my accounts and will never step foot in there again!! If I could give them zero stars I would!

I'm a new member with the credit union. I was looking for a credit union near me. Weslaco was the nearest with a drive thru. I called the credit union in Pharr and the call goes to their corporate office. I wanted to know if there was a drive thru at the new Pharr credit union but the call goes to the corporate office. The lady called the Pharr office and they do not have one. So she looked on line to find one with a drive-thru. She found the Weslaco credit union and they do have one. It's posted on their site but I did not say that the drive-thru was temporarily closed. Rally Credit Union should at least keep up with their website as to was opened or closed. It was to late for me to drive all the way back to McAllen since they close at 5 p.m.
