My wife always gets a hard time depositing my checks. Refuse to make any funds available till 24 hours with a payroll check. Same check every week. Joint account don't understand why, never have a problem in elsa, or edcouch. Never. Really considering changing banks. Horrible service, definitely changing banks

The web and app keeps crashing on Sundays their systems are down and at the moment it's October the 29th and their atms are down and their cards don't work in other atm banks since their own aren't working , im going to switch banks everytime it's something with this rio bank

The absolute worst bank I have ever had. The have no resources. They don't work with PayPal, Square, or Facebook pay. Old school. No technology!
