Yvette assistant manager has no people skills rude and obnoxious. If you don't want to deal with people DO NOT WORK RETAIL. Very unprofessional and incompetent. Sally answered this review and was asked to call customer care, they are even worse that the actual workers at this location.

Went to Sally’s and it was a very wonderful experience! The girl with the brown to red hair gave me a wonderful recommendation for hair color and the different options they had for semi-permanent hair care! She was friendly and super helpful since it was my first time using semi-permanent hair color! Definitely recommend coming here!

Dont recommend, the girl with dark roots and cheeto puff orange hair was extremely rude and very lazy.
Asked for help finding bleach and she did not want to help, even when available to, i guess she needed the bleach for her roots more than i did. Seemed very miserable.

Sally beauty doesn't serve the professional client. Never have basic salon supplies and they are closed for inventory on salon business days. I'll never shop Sally again.

the people that work there don’t know what they’re and there is rlly bad customer service, i asked for help and the lady ignored me TWICE and when she finally went she was rude and treated me horribly. i do not recommend that anyone goes there.

They know what they're talking about. I understand they have to follow me and make sure I'm not taking anything, it hurts, it's annoying but I get it. I'd actually love to work there since I know a lot about everything and some of it is thanks to employees there in the past growing up :)

Honestly the people who work there do not know anything about hair they should know what products are and what they are. I had to look up the product online to realize they had the product I asked about. This was just today. The other day I went and the lady didn’t even give me the proper direction of the correct product to use to color correct my hair. This is very upsetting when you go to a place that the employees should know what the products are and how they would help each hair color. I even explained exactly what I wanted and still got told the wrong thing.
