The man who did my nails didn't even bother to prep my nails properly or do my cuticles. After waiting over an hour, I asked for simple gel french and 2 nail repairs. The process was done so rushed. I even had to ask for him to do the French line correctly SEVERAL times and still they are uneven.
As soon as I walked out I saw one of the repaired nails was already lifting off.
Went back in and he just added nail glue under the lift but he also got it all over the top of the nail ruining the gel.
These are my nails 4 days later, the gel is lifting because he basically painted on my skin.
My hands look horrible.

I liked the staff and the end result. There was a Customer in the booth/seat next to me who was totally obnoxious. She had the unmitigated Gall to tell me that the Chiefs were not going to the Super Bowl as I sat there with my Chiefs jersey on, and she did it in a way that clearly irritated me. She was a Cowboys fan on a Monday the day after “America’s Team” had just lost and so was out of the playoffs! AGAIN! But clearly the Cowboys are better. Somehow the fact that the Chiefs have now been to three out of the last four SuperBowls escaped her. Idiot!!

As an 83 year old man who has only ever had one other pedicure previously, I had no idea what to expect. The facility seemed clean and the women technicians were very nice. Vietnamese with accents so there wasn't an over abundance of conversation to distract, and the end result seems very acceptable. I have had a fungus in my large left toenail, and it now seems to be disappearing. I will go back. The $25 price tag seems very acceptable to me.

I went today and omg I had a great experience i didn’t get her name she had like blonde hair, might be the owner! Well her services are great peaceful and quiet, she left my toes real nice, it looks like I have fake nails on them! I will be back even if it means driving 1 hr away!

Went in on Saturday for the dip powder and that same day the dip layer lifted off my nail by Sunday night 4 of my nails were chipped and part of the dip/color was missing. Worst part is now I have to go elsewhere and pay to get whatever is left on my nails removed.Service: Dip powder

As soon as i got there 440 they closed literally turned off lights as i was taking the photo girl very rude obviously bothered that she has to work !!! I dont understand this so schedule says closes at 5 but its 4:40 you should send ur staff back to school cant put one and one together :)

Lady did a bad job on my toenails. Cut uneven. Polish not clean and didn’t do the same steps the other ladies do. She got me out of there so fast. I remember why I stopped going.

was so disappointed. my thumb didnt even have the refill completed. had to go in again to have them fix nails. left the place with even worse nails. went in two days after, one nail broke. color didn't even match original one and neither did shape. i stated this to the lady and she replied by saying that every nail tech has their own technique. so so disappointed and frustrated.

I’ve been coming here for 3+ years and always get my nails done with Nhung! She is amazing and takes her time on my manicure and pedicure. I ask for holiday themes and she never fails to amaze me with her steady hand and patience for creating a look. She knows I LOVE glitter and let’s me know if new colors have come in. Great service!
