HORRIBLE customer service. guy who answered the phone was so rude. we called the number and nobody answered and he called back and said “why are you gonna call if you’re not gonna answer?” I wish I could give this place 0 stars. every single review on here has had the same experience, proving they don’t care. I suggest nobody go to this place, it’s horrible.

Very rude and poor customer service. I called to ask for a quote and the person answering the phone was very rude and shouldn’t be answering phone or helping people at all. If I could give negative stars I would but I can’t.

Windshield repair. Can't say enough about it. When the tiny crack in your windshield spreads to engulf your entire field of vision, and you have to shell out hundreds of dollars for a new one, you'll wish you'd spent the forty bucks to get it repaired. The Mirror House... ???

So, my husband called The Glass House in Weslaco, and gave his name to set the appointment and the guy actually said, “ya, I see another name on the caller ID….if you can’t afford a cell phone, you can’t afford a window”. My husband thought he was joking, but he was not. He explained that he’s done it for 30+ years and then doubled-down on his statement. In 30 years you haven’t learned that wives (women) can also have accounts under their name, and don’t always take on their husband’s last name. Imagine how successful you’d be if you had some decency and common sense? No wonder you can't get above a 2-star rating in service! (1 star in Yelp)

This place has horrible customer service. I would recommend avoiding at all costs. They made a mistake making our glass and would not admit it. We had to pay for our glass twice. I do not normally leave reviews of any kind, but this was just horrible service.
