You cannot get a receipt at any drop off only location. There is no customer service in Harlingen! Go to Weslaco or Brownsville. I went to Weslaco Aug. 16th. They were closed because of internet issues and flooding.

Thank goodness for this UPS Store in Weslaco which has now saved me twice. There is no UPS store in the town I live in and the one in Weslaco is the only one open on Sunday. The location is so convenient. The employees are very knowledgeable and kind. Please establish one in Harlingen, Texas.

The staff here at the Weslaco Texas location are incredible. Extremely professional, very nice and courteous. I greatly appreciated their help with my package. I was also given directions on how to find their location when I called.

Requested Notary services, was given written appointment for Saturday 8/17. When I showed, was told that they don't have Notary services on weekends. Told them I had a confirmed appointment. They said their corporate office does that but they don't have control of it. I looked at the person telling me this with a stupified expression at the explanation she had just given me. So basically,
"corporate" tells your customers that they have an appointment, they take time off their day to drive to your store only to be told that it's not true. Wow!!

I always use The UPS Store in Weslaco for all my shipping , returns and printing . It is so convenient and the service from all the associates is friendly and efficient. Irasema and Sonia has been there for a lot of time and they responded instantly to all of my requests.
