  They either lost my package or delivered it to the wrong house. The tracking says it was delivered and I never received anything so now I don’t have my item and I won’t receive a refund.   The older gman that works the counter is so RUDE! Why work in customer service desk if you don’t like people. Last week he was rude to my husband and today he was rude to a lady. He even told her if you know how to do my job why not come and do it. Doesn’t management see how rude he is?

  The pickup service is extremely unreliable. They rarely show up as scheduled, and I’m always left wondering if they’ll actually come for my packages. Calling them is useless — they never answer the phone.
