Today, I received two packages through the mail. One of them arrived torn open, and the contents were completely missing. That package contained 27 items — not a single one was inside when it reached me. This is completely unacceptable. Packages should not arrive opened and empty. It shows a serious lack of care, security, and responsibility in handling customers’ property. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and hope USPS takes accountability for this level of negligence.

In 6+ years of living in the same address, I’ve never seen a management team this careless. Packages vanish, “reappear” only after I demand a search, and today was the last straw. I was told my package wasn’t in the office—only for the courier himself to confirm he left it there yesterday. Two wasted trips, zero accountability, and constant excuses. This isn’t bad luck—it’s a pattern of laziness, dishonesty, stupidity or all three. Replace this team with people who know how to do the job.

I’ve lived at the same address for 7 years. My mailbox has no door, so my mail is supposed to be held at the post office. In theory, that should prevent problems in reality, USPS here has “lost” or misdelivered my packages at least 8 times. Sometimes they magically appear after I push them to look again, other times I just have to get a refund.
Today summed it up perfectly: My husband went to pick up a package. The post office claimed they didn’t have it and blamed the courier. On the way home, my husband ran into the courier, who said it had been at the office since yesterday and even called them to clear his name. My husband went back and there it was, sitting there all along.
What makes this worse is that this location already has a 2.2-star rating, yet somehow still manages to give customers attitude for insisting they check for packages. That’s not customer service, that’s avoiding accountability.
Seven years of the same issues tells me this isn’t bad luck. It’s bad systems, bad management, and zero urgency to improve

Thank you to Mr. Joseph espericurta for helping me out, I came back home after being out of town and had a really hard time opening my mailbox. I talked to a nice lady ( I unfortunately did not get her name but thank you) who let me know that someone would be coming by to help me out. He was able to open it and gave me my mail, he was able to identify that I needed to the lock repaired. It was repaired quickly and I was able to pick up the new keys. Thank you so much Mr. Joseph!

They either lost my package or delivered it to the wrong house. The tracking says it was delivered and I never received anything so now I don’t have my item and I won’t receive a refund. I would say I’m surprised but this is the 5th time it’s happened. It’s always with the person that covers that Saturday shifts too.

The older gman that works the counter is so RUDE! Why work in customer service desk if you don’t like people. Last week he was rude to my husband and today he was rude to a lady. He even told her if you know how to do my job why not come and do it. Doesn’t management see how rude he is?

These mailmans are so damn lazy, I've caught them multiple times driving off with my package right NEXT to them. I've had to approach them and stop them to leave my package. Every package that's delivered with USPS is always delayed because they don't drop them off they take them back into office. This place is TRASH even the people who answer are rude and not very knowledgeable.

The pickup service is extremely unreliable. They rarely show up as scheduled, and I’m always left wondering if they’ll actually come for my packages. Calling them is useless — they never answer the phone.

These people are ridiculous. It’s truly laughable! If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only are they unproductive and inefficient, but they have the audacity to have an attitude about it! Wow, who’s managing this office? Obviously nobody. This has to be the worst Post Office in the state! A new manager might be a start to fix this place. The worst thing is that my tax dollars paying these ungrateful people.

It was very busy but service was great. I had a trainee named Jorge. He was very pleasant and the female clerk beside him was friendly and helpful too.

THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE A DAMN STAR
THEY NEVER EVER PICK UP THE PHONES & WHEN YOU GO IN PERSON, THEY HAVE HORRIBLE ATTITUDE & SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS. IF THEY DONT WANNA BE THERE THEN THEY SHOULDNT, AND MANAGEMENT IS EVEN WORSE!
