Do these people not get paid well? Even the mailman is rude and sarcastic. Either pay more or change all the staff. I'm positive you can find people with better attitudes and greatful to be working there

Rude, miserable and mean. Upon my arrival I asked the man if he could please help me tape my package as I have never sent a package before and needed assistance. Employee proceeded to throw the tape at me ( mind you I am a small person he could’ve injured me)He then screamed at me in front of all the customers that I had taped the package wrong. I couldn’t help but cry and leave in tears as I felt so humiliated.I walked out with my package. No matter what is going on in their personal life no one should be treated disrespectfully. It’s a hostile environment in that post office everyone seems unhappy and miserable.

Worst experience, had a package lost, they got in touch and said they would call me back, never called back, tried getting in touch with them I call like 10x a day and no one answers the phone. Really disappointed and worst service I’ve received by far from USPS

This is the worst package delivery servicet they never deliver my packages to my door, and I'm always home. Instead, they'll leave a note with the message to pick up at the office as the only option. Plus, all the shoes I ordered online always get lost, and even do the update shows that it's at the Weslaco location they never have an answer or tell me to wait more time to get it delivered but I never get the package. They should do better job. 100% dislike this service.

I ordered a package from Amazon and was supposed to receive yesterday. However, when I went to go check after noon (usually the mailman comes around 12 to 2 pm) all I found was a pink slip. When I asked my sister, who was outside when the mailman arrived, if the mailman left a package or at least took one out to place in our mailbox, she said he never did. I then read the slip of paper he left behind and noticed it said there was nobody authorized to open the door when the truth is I was home all day and they NEVER knocked at the door, that is a lie. After realizing this, I called the office to reschedule the delivery and they told me it would come around the same time today. Yet, it has not arrived yet. ??♀️ Their employees do not do a good job. I would like them to improve their service not only for me but for the community.

Been waiting for a month for post master to put locks on neighborhood mailboxes still nothing call and call no one answers !!! Go by and all they say is will call you they are so rude , they act like if it’s a privately owned business last time I checked it’s a government facility the taxpayers should be a priority it’s sad that something so simple as getting mail seems to be impossible here

had the best experience here today! i was having some issues locating a package i had sent out and the staff was so helpful throughout the whole exchange. they were so willing to help and made sure i walked out of there knowing exactly what had happened! it ended up being a huge mistake on my part and instead of getting frustrated or annoyed when we figured that out, they reassured me that it was okay, shook my hand, and made sure i knew that they were always there to help. My interactions were with Zef, a man I believe was named Jesse or Joe, and a lady on the phone that was also from that same post office! The staff here genuinely loves their job and are there to help!

I’ve been waiting over a month for the key to my mail box and they never answer the phone, and when I go to the office they say I will receive a call and till this day I haven’t received anything. Pathetic!!

The carrier lost my package, and had the audacity to say it was delivered to me. Called endless times to try and located my package the day of and so many times the days after. Heather the supervisor failed to return my calls or see me, and only returned my call after I filed a complaint with the 800#. Today two weeks later I get an email from the Weslaco post office, only to tell me they regret the missing package, and that since it wasn’t insured, that they can’t do anything about it! No responsibility what so ever, for their incompetent employee! ( I think I exaggerated with the one star I gave, because one star is way more then they deserve)

They are always polite and friendly. They watch the line and quickly bring more help from the back when there are a lot of customers waiting. Great customer service.

I haven't had a bad experience here. The staff has been really helpful. My mailman is rude, though. lol I've literally been standing right in front of him and say "good morning" and no acknowledgement at all. I might as well be a tree.. Oh well, I guess some people are just wired differently.

The folks here were absolutely awesome. We are publishers and walked in with 82 packages to send Media Mail. There were few other customers and 4 smiling folks manning the counter. Three of them handled the books as fast as we could bring them in. Their attitudes were phenomenal - and we were beyond appreciative! Thank you SO much to everyone who pitched in, including folks from the back who came to get the packages.
