OTR: NO Overnight parking onsite. FOLLOW scheduled appointment time. May unload / load early on same day appointment. Monday-Friday, 8a -5pm. Busy location. Have pickup / delivery details (+ #) and delivery details (+ #). Gated facility. Tandems to the rear and both doors secured open. Clean bathrooms next to guard shack. Good lighting. There is plenty of space; manageable to maneuver. Tight docks. Pets allowed.

No overnight parking can’t park even on streets opens @ 6 am took almost 3-4 hours to load and most important thing make sure your trailer latchs bolt is secured and tight and bolt should be inside trailer not outside i am referring a picture to show how it should not be please see the picture below if your trailer door looks like this they will reject your trailer

If you have live load pick up bring your lunch with you this place take long time almost 4 hours still waiting
First, you come check in security after they call you for door then you drop Trailer move from door after load ready then they call you to hook up
My window time 1300 pm i come 12.15pm

The guard is very friendly. There is a bathroom and space to do your maneuvers. There are spaces to park your trailer very close. You disconnect and park on the other side and wait for them to call you that your trailer is already loaded (4 or 6 hours).

If you are coming here for pickup you definitely waste your 5-6 hours. Otherwise all okay.

You need to weld that nut before you pick up load if not they will reject.. also reject my floor too..

Attention Drivers, it’s very important that your trailer should have welding bolt or fully secured bolt , where we put seal otherwise they will return you back until you fixed it ( note - it’s for pick up only) I’m gonna attach the picture of the bolt that need to be welded or flipped.
