CVS seems like they don't have the medications needed all the time. I pulled into the drive-thru lane to pick up some meds that I needed and \\\"KRISTEN\\\" was at the window and told me she can get my prescription ready it will just be 8-10 mins if I can wait. I waited because I really needed those meds. She had me wait over 30 mins. Didn't look at me just kept helping other customers as I waited.\\nVery ridiculous, very misleading, and poor customer service.\\nDon't tell someone it be a few minutes when really it will be over half a hour.

Sheila was very rude as we went through the cvs drive thru. She rang us up and when we handed her our good rx codes she got mad and got an attitude because she had to start all over. She never asked us if we had insurance or codes from the beginning so we were unsure of when to give them to her. She made It clear that we did it at the wrong time. She also made us pull around behind 2 other vehicles and wait while she redid it because she said it was easier to take care of them. We went inside hoping to get some actual help and we got ignored as it was her and one other person there. She finally came around after some time kept her attitude and rang us up. She never asked if we had any questions and never had the pharmacist come speak to us about our new prescriptions. I feel like the whole situation was rude and uncalled for. All she had to do was ask us before ringing us up if we had insurance or a good rx code. Very disappointed in this place and will not be back to fill any prescriptions there.

Awful customer service. Pharmacist laughed at patients name and was very rude. She hung up on me while trying to clarify patients Rx. I suggested patient get a new pharmacy. Nobody deserves to be treated that way.

The employee in the pharmacy wouldnt fill my medication right after I had a wisdom tooth pulled because she said they are "behind". How about get off your phone and do some work....very big girl with a poor attitude. She always uses the same excuse. So long CVS.
