The pharmacy employees here are extremely rude and have no customer service. Every time I go in person or even talk on the phone, it feels like they are bothered that you are even talking to them. Ridiculous.

Went to pick up a prescription for a neighbor. I was told it would be another hour. I told Denise that it was for my neighbor who is going thru chemo and radiation and really needs the prescription because he is in distress. Denise told me that she is the one filling the prescriptions and if she has to stand there and talk to me it will take her longer to fill it. Thanks for the compassion CVS in West Columbia! NOT

Lady with light curly hair and glasses at pharmacy is straight up rude. My girlfriend was in pain and needed some medication.
Lady with light curly hair and glasses said we don’t have your order and didn’t offer to help. Lady with light curly hair and glasses wouldn’t even look at my girlfriend’s phone when she was trying to show her the confirmation. Lady with light curly hair and glasses just looked at us with a scowl on her face.

Extreme attitude. I said I was dropping off a prescription and waiting to pick it up and her response was “so you’re dropping it off just say that next time” with a rude tone. If you hate your job quit.

My husband is a chemo patient and was given his first RX for Norco 5. The pharmacy said is will be a several weeks before they can get it. Seriously???? Transferring RX to another (dependable) pharmacy. My family will not be returning to any CVS.

My husband and I are avid shoppers at CVS mainly due to the availability of CVS Brand products at reasonable prices and the ability to stack coupons and $$ discounts offered through their CVS Savings program. The local store is friendly and well managed.

Worst pharmacy EVER!!! Staff is rude and it always inconveniences them to wait on you. The eye rolls are my favorite when they are approaching the counter.
