The sales assistant was very nice and helpful. She explained us all the options we had and the cost and also explained us why the cases have that price, she told us about the quality reasons and the differences with the ones we were looking at online, so we decided to buy the case that she advised at the store. We’re very happy with the service.

Came in today @ 12 noon to get help on a storage issue with my phone. The tech's first and only response was "well you need a new phone". She had absolutely zero care of the issue I had just explained, zero interest in helping to fix the issue, and maybe zero knowledge of any of the problems I had described... who knows.I tried to explain further what was happening and see if she had come across these issues before, but again, no real interest in helping me. Just "buy a new phone".Terrible customer service. Meanwhile, the other 2 guys on shift were in the corner watching videos on their cell phone laughing and didn't even realize what was happening.

Went in this evening with a frozen screen iphone (unable to turn off, receive/make calls etc.), helped immediately by John who was knowledgeable, helpful, polite and I was back out the door with a working phone in couple minutes.

Very happy with the stores staff and knowledge. They were very thorough in their research of my billing. I was able to upgrade 2 phones and left paying less than i was because of the savings the sales consultant found for us. Would definitely highly recommend this location to anyone.

To the Mgr.,I thought you should be aware your staff avoids work and therefore sells if at all possible. I came into the store in August looking to upgrade my phone (I am an AT&T unlimited client) and was told to wait until after the release of the iPhone 15 when incentives would be greater. I returned last week to upgrade and the incentives are not better and was told my phone was defective purely from a visual inspection and even though I had not experienced any problems with functionality. I then went to the Apple store in Barton Creek where they ran a complete diagnostics on my phone as well as visually inspected it and was told it was fine and would qualify for the upgrade value. I wont waist my time again with your location and suggest others don't either.

Worst ever never get the warranty for you phones it is next to impossible to get your screen fixed or your phone fixed. Assurian is the worst. After 20 years we are canceling our corporate account not sure where to move it but we are movingDon’t care what it cost

Lucas V. was absolutely amazing. I've had AT&T for many years and he was one of the most helpful representatives I've dealt with. Very informative and quick to help. With easily more than 5+ customers in the store, he greeted me with a smile and assisted me as soon as he was available. He answered all of my questions very throughly and helped me with the ins and the outs on how to navigate my new device and what additional charges or even discounts I might come across in the future. 10/10!

I did like the workers they were very informative and were very helpful especially Jacob one of your tech specialists. I am sad though that I could not get it fixed when I came in the first day but I was happy that AT&T was so secure.
