Showed up as soon as they opened and the waiting room is packed. 4 staff members behind the desk. 3 just sitting there looking around and only one person is working. You would think with a waiting room full of people they would all be busy.

My doctors office faxed lab orders to this location Jennifer did not want to look thru the fax folder and just told me they did not get them. I called my doctors office and they spoke to Jennifer she was upset I called them and did not want to talk to them. I had to put them on speaker for her to listen this is my health and I try to take good care of myself. I have never had a problem with this location, I've always done my labs here so I do not know what the issue is. If you do not want to be in patient care then find a new job its not that hard.

Dropped in for a blood draw before an upcoming Dr.’s appointment. In & out quickly and the two staff members were very professional and cheerful. Quick and totally painless needle stick and I was on my way in under 5 minutes.

I have been here a total of 5 times to get my blood drawn and I have always experienced that the staff is doing the best they can with the tools available to them. Everyone had been kind and friendly, and the phlebotomists are always quick and efficient.

I got there 15 minutes earlier this morning no line after words people came I was first one got blood test done out in 5 minutes in Westlake

I've been going to CPL for years. I've noticed that if you go in the mornings they are usually super busy. They do take appointments and walk-ins. So I called just to see if they were busy but they weren't so I went in at 2:30 on a Monday with my doctor's order. I signed in electronically and then waited for the front desk to call me. She was on the phone when I arrived but as soon as she got off she took care of me and she took my paperwork, my license and my insurance card. She made copies and then returned them to me. After a few minutes the phlebotomist called me back. He was awesome. He was friendly and made me feel comfortable. He did the best blood draw I've ever experienced. I hardly felt the needle and the blood draw was quick. I couldn't believe he was done so fast. I had a positive experience here.

They have what used to be known as "bankers' hours." They close for lunch, for example. Some employees try to rush you out so they can start their lunch break. They should hire more personnel and have staggered lunch times so they can remain open during lunch hours. Also, why don't they have "butterflies" for people who request them when blood is drawn?

The worst managed operation because they know you don't have any other options. Always have issues and long waits when there.

Never had such a terrible experience with blood draw. The staff who had the morning shift on 1/6/2023 was inefficient and badly trained. I waited for an hour. At first, I was poked by an obviously inexperienced girl who still was in training. She could not get into my vein, got scared and called her colleague. That second person poked me three or four times. She couldn't get enough blood from my hand and tried another arm with no success. Left me with a hemorrhage . Finally, a more experience person came to finish the draw. I'm never going to this place again.

The blonde haired phlebotomist was rude as hell. She was rude to every single person that came in for an appointment and walk in. She even mentioned that she just wanted to hurry up and get home. (Oh I’m so sorry that we came in during office hours to get our lab work done. ) She called me back to draw my blood and I took my lab order away from her and told her that she needed to work on her customer service skills and that I will be going somewhere else.

Felt compelled to leave a post over review after having great experiences recently. I've been here 3 times, & they have been incredibly fast (even with a full waiting room). The staff has been very skilled (never even left with a bruise!) & kind. Pretty seamless compared to what I used to experience in LA at Quest Diagnostics. They did great with my 5 yr old as well. Happy to have them nearby in our new neighborhood.

Only one employee when I got there at 7am. Employee stated that she did not know when anyone would arrive to draw blood. More than one hour wait.

Hours incorrect on Google listing. They are not open on Saturdays. What a waste of time and gas.

The staff here really has a bad attitude. I waited an hour to get my blood drawn. It is hard to sit there and watch the staff goof off when I need to be at work. Also, there were 2 people that arrived after me that got their blood drawn before me. Doesn’t make sense to me. Very disorganized.

The cpllabs.com website does not display the page for making an appointment. Even the staff here were unable to reach the right page on my Android phone. If this company has such terrible software, how can patients trust the medical data it produces?
