Working with Robert to sell my property in Austin was a great experience. He was generous with his time on phone calls and Zoom calls. He walked me through pricing a property in today's market. The negotiations with the buyer were fairly uneventful and we closed without too much fuss. I had a great experience working with Allison Cotti and Delaine Kaplan at Culhane Premier Properties. I would definitely recommend them for your real estate needs. Allison is very responsive and helpful. She even offered to pick me up and drive me to the final home walk through and closing due to an accident the day prior, leaving me without a car. We had an incredibly complicated and difficult situation with Homeward purchasing our new home (NEVER AGAIN) until we sold our old home. Robert Majeda with Culhane took over the listing from another realtor and made sure every detail was taken care of. He recommended us to a lender that was familiar with all the details of Homeward and we could not have had a better team of people helping us. Robert and his staff were always available for any questions and provided *lots* of counsel. They walked us through every step of the process in a time when everything in the mortgage and realty world were crashing down. I would not think of using any other realtor if we ever sell again! Robert is fantastic!

Allison Cotti was my husband and my fantastic realtor! She was so helpful and responsive through the whole process. We are first time home buyers so were clueless on many stages of home buying and Allison never made us feel d**** She always walked us through what to expect. She even helped us when our fireplace stone design looked different than what we were shown at the KB home Design Studio. Allison got KB to redo the stone to make it look like the design that we were promised. We will definitely use Allison again for our next home! We would highly recommend her and Culhane Premier Properties!

Mike at Culhane went above and beyond as our selling agent. We put our house on the market in Austin Texas right about the time the market took a downturn. We had taken new jobs and needed to move out of town. Mike and Culhane sent us weekly updates and always worked to make sure what we needed in our move was at the forefront of what we did. We recently sold our home. Culhane was our realtor. Jason Pratt was our agent. From listing to closing Jason kept us informed at every step in the process so we didn’t have to wonder what was happening. Hope, Veronica, and the rest of the Team were equally helpful and professional. They continued to follow up with us after the sale was final. Just checking to see how we were doing.
