“I'm pretty sure it's a family run, they treat you like their cousin! I had some warranty issues with my Big Green Egg XL, and I didn't realize that it has a lifetime warranty. These guys encouraged me to register the egg, although I bought it from them years ago, and file a warranty claim. The people who make the Big Green Egg were amazing also, just a wonderful experience. I just received the replacement part, and Micheal suggested one of his favorite chips for the big 4th of July BBQ, Great team and are really knowledgeable in all things, barbecue, I highly recommend them!”

I do wish they would’ve showed this bed from the beginning because had I not obviously disliked the 1st two I could’ve settled for a mattress due to my situation in my situation only to be told there was a huge sale on Sealy and it was cheaper than the 2 lower end ones I was shown first. What’s the point in a sale if you aren’t going to let customers know until you see they don’t want the cheap poor quality one. 😐 That being said I’m going to order another mattress today during this sale for my daughter because it was the best for my lower back pain!”

I came mostly to try out their steelcase and Wayne chairs, but it was helpful to see their desks and finishes as well.
Got to try over 6 chair models that were highly ergonomic in a low pressure environment with adjustable desks. Love that! Helpful staff too.

I tried the steelcase think, amia, leap and gesture. The leap v2 was by far the best fit for me and very adjustable. Amia a close second but leap is a better build.”

“So I show up just before closing on a Friday night. Explained I had been on the road for a few days and needed a mattress “now”. Chris could have said we are closing and sent me elsewhere. Instead he took the time to share his wealth of knowledge and help me pick the right mattress for me. But then… he went over the top and researched other stores to find what I wanted. Next Chris went with me to another location that was already closed and helped me load my new mattress into my truck so I could have it today. Boy was it heavy, two of us had to work hard at loading it. Wait for it… there is more! Chris offered to follow me home to my apartment to offload so I was not stuck alone with the wonderful very heavy PREMIUM PURPLE MATTRESS. The world needs more like Chris and if you need a mattress … go find Chris ?”

“I recently completed an eight-month journey to select the perfect chair for my retirement that blended both contemporary architecture and comfort for my lower back and shoulder concerns. I visited practically every furniture store in Austin, but always returned to Relax the Back numerous times where I ultimately made my purchase of the PC-610 Omni-Motion power recliner from Faith on Nathan‘s Arboretum store team. I hasten to add that I also visited both Brian and Michael at the Galleria site where they, too, were accommodating and knowledgeable. In the end, I love my chair and the quality of service that was provided by each member of the Relax the Back team! My recommendation is without reservation.”

With her having a lovesac couch of her own she was very knowledgeable with everything and you could tell her sincerity and love for the product!
