“I'm pretty sure it's a family run, they treat you like their cousin! I had some warranty issues with my Big Green Egg XL, and I didn't realize that it has a lifetime warranty. These guys encouraged me to register the egg, although I bought it from them years ago, and file a warranty claim. The people who make the Big Green Egg were amazing also, just a wonderful experience. I just received the replacement part, and Micheal suggested one of his favorite chips for the big 4th of July BBQ, Great team and are really knowledgeable in all things, barbecue, I highly recommend them!”

Here is our story:
Just bought 2 queen and 1 full size mattresses at Mattress Firm (MF) during their Memorial Day sale. We went into the store one hot afternoon and got a personal tour of the mattress options by Riley R., who was in the store covering for a colleague who was out ill. Riley was very knowledgeable about brands, materials, pros and cons, particularly on guarantees with each type. He also knew the accessories well, not to mention all the details of the terms of their sale and in depth knowledge of financing options, if desired. We went home to think about our options (we had already looked at a few other mattress and furniture stores prior to going into Mattress Firm.)
After thinking about the options, we contacted Riley to place our order. He reminded us that, in addition to the sale price on the mattresses, MF had a promotion offering $300 store credit (per mattress) and he directed us to the many options for spending our $900 store credit …mattress protectors, sheets, pillows, adjustable base, etc. We placed our order for 3 mattresses which we “thought” were exactly what we wanted. We went through a simple online finance approval to take advantage of zero interest financing for 24 months as well as 3% back (in the form of a prepaid Visa card, eligible after making a certain number of payments). We said, “yeah, we’re in. We like new beds and free money!” Our mattresses arrived a couple days later and the delivery gentlemen came in, removed the old mattresses, brought in (& up a flight of stairs) the new ones after which they set them up, made sure our adjustable base with remote control was functioning properly, packed up the boxes & plastic mattress covers and left. Easy peasy.
We eagerly slept on one of the new queen mattresses on night one. By the next morning, I decided that the FIRM 15” mattress with pillow top was much too soft for my back issues. I sent Riley a note that this particular mattress was not going to work for me and I would be taking MF up on the 120 night trial period by returning the other queen (as yet unused), to swap for the same FIRM mattress without the pillow top. Long story short, Riley got permission from his district manager and arranged the swap for a couple days later.

“So I show up just before closing on a Friday night. Explained I had been on the road for a few days and needed a mattress “now”. Chris could have said we are closing and sent me elsewhere. Instead he took the time to share his wealth of knowledge and help me pick the right mattress for me. But then… he went over the top and researched other stores to find what I wanted. Next Chris went with me to another location that was already closed and helped me load my new mattress into my truck so I could have it today. Boy was it heavy, two of us had to work hard at loading it. Wait for it… there is more! Chris offered to follow me home to my apartment to offload so I was not stuck alone with the wonderful very heavy PREMIUM PURPLE MATTRESS. The world needs more like Chris and if you need a mattress … go find Chris ?”
