My favorite grocery are HEB! You cannot compare their products with others. They are far superior. I only buy their paper goods, plastic bags of all sorts. Their meats are amazing! Plus, their employees are the best. Kind, helpful and knowlegeble.

Good afternoon, Austin. ??♂️? Another hot, & humid day in the city. Remember this: each day that you awaken you & I have an outlet to hold business, cops, your management at your complex etc: let's hold them to the fire like they do us. "Us" being: The People In this City of Austin, & any other city across this nation. Before I continue, please understand
A Police Officer Male, or Female, do exactly what they are hired to do....Server & Protect.
A cop puts on the uniform & they're dressed
to kill. This is why "WE" "The People" need to start helping each other by exposing things that are not right.
That said: I personally have nothing bad to say about HEB. I like shopping in their stores
& they seem to have pretty much nailed it. I took a friend out to BeeCave, where she was working 2 weekends ago. BeeCave is a very nice area if you're not familiar. Where there is money: there are great schools, stores & most other things.... are kept at a level of standards.... that people with money can be demanding.

There is always a lot of tasty and unusual things here, everything is clean and beautiful. And a big thank you to the young man at the self-checkout. Very polite and helped me find my forgotten bag. Good workers in a good store!

Amazing service from Faith and Zaira!! We got in late from out of town to pick up our curbside order and just missed closing time. The manager, Faith, went above and beyond and helped get the order for us and brought it to our car, so thankful after such a long day!

This Westlake store has a vibe that exudes warmness, friendly neighborhood people seeming to know each other and overall happy people. I transferred to the store from another HEB due to moving this way and the pharmacy had only one person in front of me! The pharmacist was a delight. My disabled friend was with me and everyone was so kind to her I was thrilled. I had my service dog and got the same. An elderly gentleman shopper happened to have a dog treat in his pocket which I'd bet he keeps in his pocket when he leaves his house. It was an amazing experience for us.
