I can’t thank Lisa enough for how kind, informative, responsive and patient she was with us throughout the entire home buying process. We were first-time home buyers with a lot of questions, learning what kind of homes and neighborhoods we liked and didn’t, and she was so helpful and communicative every step of the way! Lisa was outstanding in helping me purchase my first home in Lakewood, CO! I was very nervous about the process as I was out of country when my search began, but she was able to walk me through every step and help me find a great home. She showed me properties from Wheat Ridge, Golden, Boulder, and Lakewood and would have done other areas if I had needed her to. She was able to work around my schedule, and overcome multiple hurdles such as not being in the area and getting VA approval. She also had great recommendations for the whole purchasing team from lenders, to home inspectors, and everyone else. I'm very glad that I got the chance to work with Lisa and her team and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to make home buying a little less stressful. They really go above and beyond!

We hired Lisa to sell our home in Austin & have been so pleased with our experience. She has been so communicative, thorough, and easy to work with.It's a tough market & took some time to get an offer, but she was realistic with us regarding the timing, so our expectations were always met. I was a first time homebuyer and purchased my first home in November 2020 with Lisa in Austin TX (crazy time to be a buyer!). Lisa was referred to me by a friend who had previously bought two properties through her. Throughout the entire buying process, Lisa was so helpful, attentive and friendly. I’ve gone through the buy/sell process with Lisa 3x over the last 10 years and had countless friends do the same. From purchasing a condo as a first time buyer to recently closing on a new home in the midst of a pandemic, she’s always such a down-to-earth gem to work with! Buying/selling in our crazy market can seem overwhelming at times, but she keeps you grounded & on track with her knowledgeable, passionate and supportive spirit. What I admire about Lisa is how she meets you where you are and keeps you honest without rushing you in anyway. She also goes above and beyond to help maximize your $$. “Lisa Harrell helped me sell my home. Let me tell you how she helped me! We had a professional help me rearrange the house. I had the windows and house super cleaned. Also the driveway power washed. She helped me get some slipcovers for the living room and den. Well, when we were having the photos taken for the listing we also had an open house. We had three offers! We never had to go through the hassle of folks coming through to look at the house! It was so wonderful. If you want your house to sell fast please do yourself a BIG favor and call Lisa. My husband and I worked with Lisa to purchase our home in Austin. We were relocating for work from out of state, during Covid-19, and had never even been to Austin. Lisa was so helpful in guiding us to the right neighborhood for us. She did countless virtual showings and when we finally found our perfect house she was so communicative and clearly explained all of the differences between Texas and Colorado. We were unable to travel to see the house before closing on it, so Lisa really helped make us feel confident about buying the house site unseen.I highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. She is very responsive, a great communicator, and clearly works very hard for her clients even after closing.

Lisa and her team at Compass are incredible -- we worked with them for a short and intense search for just the right house for our family in this crazy Austin market. We interviewed three realtors and Lisa stood out as super positive, knowledgeable, and determined. Lisa listened to what we wanted and never steered us wrong. When she wasn't available (which wasn't often), her team members stepped up and showed us houses around our schedule, which included many early mornings with our little kids! As a result, we were able to buy just the right house in our ideal neighborhood at a great price. She is still providing advice and contacts as needed, several months after buying the house. We are so glad we chose Lisa and her team -- we'd do it all over again in a heartbeat!
