*This Quest is inside Randall’s!* Go inside Randall’s and make an immediate right. (It was a bit hard to find because I didn’t realize all Quests are in Randall’s or Walmart).
Claudia (the phlebotomist) was fantastic! She was kind and on top of things. From my understanding, she is the only tech here so you’ll get her every time.
I do recommend making an appt at this location because they are busy but I didn’t wait long at all when I arrived. And, don’t be late. They cancel your appt if you are 10 mins late (they run a tight schedule to get blood prepped to ship out and don’t have a lot of leeway for anyone late!)

Worst location! Drove 45 mins! Location was suppose to open at 8am took my grandfather for a blood draw had a 8:40 am appointment but reached 8:30 am there was nobody at the location and it was closed and called the customer service they contacted them internally via call, message and iMessage too but no response internally we ended up leaving without a blood draw after an hour! Still nobody!

Claudia, the phlebotomist here is very considerate and great at taking blood. She runs the place solo and needs people to turn up on time so she doesn’t leave others waiting and delaying the schedule for the day.

The phlebotomist and another woman from Quest were talking about the phlebotomists performance loudly with a waiting room full of people and giving her an HR write up for her uniform. Super strange. Also absolutely horrible making an appointment with the phone system AI, it kept saying goodbye and hanging up on me. Claudia is cool though. Quest get your shit together

I went to the one in Westlake and Claudia was AWESOME. I made an appointment online and I didn't complete the registration so my appointment didnt show up and Claudia drew my blood anyway.. Thank you, Claudia for being AWESOME ??.

Horrible experience. Made an appointment for 4:40 and walked in the doors at 4:45 and was told my lab work could not be done. The lady informed me they close at 5:00 but she starts closing at 4:30 and doesn’t so labwork after that even though I had an appointment. Extremely unprofessional.

Quest is located at 3300 Bee Cave Rd in Randall’s. There was a short wait time. Lab tech Claudia was kind and respectful. The office was clean. I left with a positive feeling. I will return to this location.

Go see Claudia!! I’ve NEVER had a phlebotomist be able to get my arm. Not only did she, she was so quick and kind!! I’m the worst blood draw patient and she made me feel confident and cared for. There was a bit of a wait but it was worth it!!!
