The people and place are gems. This is PT like you've never experienced. My experience has been PT feels like a bro gym. There's an assessment of how you are doing, there's some popping to put things back into place, and then exercises where you are supervised by someone who is a PT assistant - whatever that qualification is. It's loud, there's people everywhere. I could just go to my local gym rather than making small talk with kids half my age.
Resilient Rx is something. Each session is completely 1:1. Jill is my PT and I feel like she really sees my body instantly. I'm not here to rehab a knee. I'm here for ongoing matienence for ongoing longevity in and functionality. Those are esoteric goals that do not fall into the traditional PT framework. The exercises are subtle but effective. We're increasing brain to body connection. We're not working with large muscles - we're working with what some would feel is minutia but it's important. It's biomechanics and PT. But there's also a component of bodywork with dry needling, cupping, myofascial work. It's not seeing a LMT but it's utilizing concepts. I've found in my health journey what is most successful is pulling from different approaches and modalities. There isn't one size fits all - we know that. And, Jill is the PT to take different lineages and bring in what works for you.
Jill is incredibly smart and warm and kind. You instantly feel like you've known each other forever. Immediate trust when you perhaps feel most vulnerable. Purposely walk or run if you can and come see Jill.

In March 2024, I hit a low point. I was battling chronic pain with no relief in sight, despite working with over five different doctors. I felt exhausted, frustrated, and honestly, a little hopeless. That’s when I found ResilientRx and everything changed.
From our very first session, I could tell this wasn’t going to be just another PT appointment. They didn’t just look at my symptoms they took the time to understand the root causes, my daily habits, movement patterns, and most importantly, me as a person. Mary’s compassion, depth of knowledge, and total commitment to my wellbeing made me feel seen and supported for the first time in a long while.
Week by week, my pain started to ease. I got stronger, more mobile, and most importantly, I felt like I had control over my body again. I’m not exaggerating when I say she changed my life. She helped me go from surviving to thriving! I’m now 34 weeks pregnant (after fertility issues and severe symptoms from endometriosis).
If you’re struggling with pain or just want someone who truly cares and knows what they’re doing, don’t wait. Mary and the ResilientRx are the real deal. I’ll never stop recommending them.

Mary has been the best through my knee issues. First making me aware of how contrived my gait had become post injury. Then helping me recover after surgery. She was wonderful in pushing me further than I thought was possible and also helping me see how great my progress truly was. ResilientRx has caring people and good energy in their office. 10 stars!

I had such a wonderful physical therapy session with Dr. Jill today! Her integrated, comprehensive knowledge of the mind and body was so affirming and helpful with demystifying my experiences with hyper mobility. So looking forward to our next session!

3 X in 8 years I have needed PT and every time I have seen Mary at Resilient RX. The practice has evolved over the years, bigger (when you are good you grow) and more mindful of holistic practices. I am super grateful to have found this practice. I have become familiar with most of the PT businesses in Austin. I am a PI attorney and we review our clients PT records every day, it is part of the job. None compare to this practice. None seem as informed or engaged or invested in their client’s outcomes.
I have seen her before and after a shoulder surgery and twice for cervical herniation. I have never been in an unending loop of treatment. She has reviewed my records, established a plan, set goals, and gotten me on my way and it worked! The exercises I leave with our sound and work. I recommend this practice and the PT’s there.

The folks here are life changing. I was in a great deal of pain. I saw Arista for pt and she not only resolved the issue, she helped with other areas that I thought were things i just “had to live with” at my age. Truly life changing and i don’t say that lightly !

I cannot recommend Arista Ip at Resilient Rx Enough!! I started working with her in my early postpartum days after having my first son and an unplanned C-section. She has gone above and beyond in going deep asking me questions to learn more about me and my body, educate and inform me, and treatment where I actually saw tangible progress. It was so rewarding to get towards the end of our time together and feel like I actually saw real change and healing! I am beyond grateful to have Arista on my side during this pregnancy/postpartum season as I have my kiddos. THANK YOU ARISTA!

I hurt my back in February and figured it would heal itself eventually. After 6 months of waiting for it to get better, I finally went in and saw Dr Nick. He was extremely professional and shared all the information I could possible need. After six sessions I was good as new. Highly recommend ResilientRX to anyone with an injury. Its effective, comfortable, and well worth it!

Dr. Nick did an amazing job of helping me get back to running quickly after a disc issue + sciatica. After unsuccessfully trying to navigate things on my own for several weeks, I finally gave in and came in for a consult. Dr. Nick's great at making you feel comfortable and well-attended to, with smart questions, focused assessments & a friendly demeanor. He gave me a set of 3 home exercises and that's all it took -- remarkably, within about a month I was comfortable & confident enough to head back out to the trail for a light run & rebuild from there! I'd recommend Dr. Nick & ResilientRx, and have, to anyone in need of excellent PT!
