if i could give this place no stars i would. this short haired chick named victoria is overly disrespectful to customers and employees. i have witnessed her (on multiple occasions) blatant disrespect and verbal abuse and find it disgusting! this cannot be what walgreens stands for.

I have to say I love Walgreens especially at the pharmacy it's an awesome young man up there his name is Jordan even though Walgreens doesn't accept some insurance they still find a way to help you out especially Jordan he is a real team player will put you at ease especially when you're not sure how you're going to forward your kids I just want to give him his recognition I work in customer service I know it could be stressful especially when people are confused and just a little bit of advice or a little bit of way that we can take the he's off goes a long way thank you Jordan we need more people like you in the world

I have been coming to this pharmacy for years and I love the pharmacist. A little after COVID they had some not so friendly employees but today I went and the new employees are super friendly. Yay for y'all

This walgreens pharmacy was one of the fastest I've been to nationwide, and I went right before Christmas when it should have been the worst. The customer service in-store pharmacy was excellent. She was extremely fast and helped me with a GoodRX discount for non-insured medication. I wish I had caught the girl's name as she really deserves a raise. This is the fastest I've ever had a 3-month medication filled in over 25 years. I am very impressed. Highly recommend the pharmacy here. Thank you Walgreens!!

This Walgreens always has the friendliest service, even on the busiest days. The pharmacists are kind and work as quickly as possible to fill prescriptions, and always with a smile when we are there. We recently had to track down flu meds for the family and they were more than accommodating transferring and filling prescriptions when another pharmacy ran out. Thank you guys!

AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS! I have been filling my prescriptions both here, which is near my work and at HEB which is near my home, and the contrast could not be more striking. Because of convenience I have put up with long lines, alerts that my rx was ready when it in fact was not and sub par customer service at Walgreens but yesterday was the per verbiage last straw. I picked up 2 prescriptions and neither were completely filled. They claim they informed me the day I dropped the prescription off, however I don’t remember, but they definitely did not inform me the day I picked it up and paid for it. There WAS a hand written note in the bag informing me that only 44 of the 60 tabs of one prescription and 19 of the 30 of the other prescription were filled. I’m a dentist and this would be like me running out of composite and only filling half the tooth and then telling the patient about it with a hand written note placed in their take home goodie bag!!! Unacceptable in my opinion.It’s not the fact that they were unable to fulfill my order, or the fact that I now have no idea if my insurance will pay for the remainder of my months supply of medication, or the completely unapologetic response to my frustration, not to mention the hoops I now have to jump thru to contact my physician to get a partial prescription sent, that was enraging, it was the lack of communication that is unacceptable to me. Had I known the full amount of my monthly supply of medication was not available I would have filled it elsewhere.As heath care providers we have a duty and obligation to our customers to go above and beyond when it comes to effective communication. We must always assume that telling someone something once a week prior is never enough. It is this lack of care or concern that leads me to leave this review. Save yourself the headache and get your stuff filled at HEB.

The MOST INEFFICIENT pharmacy staff EVER! Their system never updates properly, their system is always CRAZY SLOW and they can’t provide answers to simple questions involving routine issues that relate to availability and insurance.Bottom line, go to CVS down the street. You’ll be much happier.

Bad enough that I'm writing a review. Schedule an additional 30 minutes to wait in line for pick up at the pharmacy. Has never not been a nightmare. Always understaffed as they circulate techs in and out of the pharmacy. Rest of the store functions fine.

Terrible pharmacy experience. After driving across town on my lunch break they wouldn’t help me because they were closing for lunch. What I needed would take one minute as I have done it before but she would not help me even though I was leaving for a trip and could not come back. I’ve never encountered such unwillingness to help. If I can’t get what I need done during work hours during my lunch break I’m not sure when I’m supposed to get things done. Why would they not take shifts like a normal business? Do better Walgreens

The pharmacy has the worst customer service my husband and I have had the misfortune of experiencing. They are consistently rude, unable or unwilling to answer the phone, and more focused on closing early for their "30 minute" lunch break than actually helping customers who arrive before the break. We'll be taking our business to another pharmacy.

According to my doctor they have been sending my prescriptions to this pharmacy, but the pharmacy has never notified me that they have my medication. Their automated system says they have no record of the prescription. I have now been calling them for over 40 minutes trying to figure out what is going on. The team either leaves me on hold or hangs up on me repeatedly. After 40 minutes of trying to get through to them, I have decided to call my doctor back and ask them to send the prescription to CVS.
