Left my card at home and came in asking to deactivate it and make a new one and she tried to tell me that my money wouldn’t transfer to a new card. Refused my request and when I told her I’d come back with my card, withdraw my cash and not do business with them. She told me it was not her problem and that she did not care.

Honestly best experience compared to every other option I had at my disposal. If you're here at the one in Orange, Vicki really has your back. I wasn't even sure if my check could be cashed and was kinda disappointed about how expensive the fee was but she worked it out with me and I paid a fee I was comfortable with instead. My gf has had experience with dealing with her before and even she said she went out of her way to do all she could to help and she really does! 10/10 Vicki and will be coming to this store for anything I'd need from Ace even if I'm miles away.

Ms Vicki Ramirez went above and beyond for me and another customer. She was working by herself. Very kind, helpful, and professional. All while having to get verifications for mine and another customer's checks. I highly recommend this place, and more specifically, Ms Ramirez for her kindness and help throughout the process.

If it was for me I would put 0 stars because this is my 2nd time I went to ask for a loan my first time I asked for a loan everything was fine but this 2nd time I went to get a loan and I made my payment early and I asked the lady if I paid early I didn't have to go back and she said no then a couple of weeks later I call to see how much I owe on my loan and she told me that my loan went to collection I asked why she said she didn't know and that she would have to call her boss that she would call me back as soon as she heard something and I never received a phone call back from her so I called her back and she told me she talked to her boss and her boss said that even thought I paid early I still had to pay when the payment was due so I went ahead and paid my load completely off and then today I received an email that I had to go make a payment so I called the office and the general manager answered the phone I told him what happened and he wanted me to send a picture of the receipt where I paid it off because for some reason it showed that I still owed them I told him I was going to take the receipt the office and when I got there the lady said that she didn't know what happened but that she found the receipt where I paid but they didn't call me when they found it so I drove all the way over there for no reason and just waisting my gas and not only that she said that they would give me a call back when they heard from corporate so I hope they actually call me back because they have a bad habit of saying they will call me back but never do but I'm not going there anymore.

Yes my friend needed two state checks cashed and so I said I’ll put it in my bank and give you the money. My 5Point credit union said he has to open an account, he had his wallet stolen and the only ID he had was a state identification since he didn’t have his social security card, they couldn’t open an account
Walmart wouldn’t take a Texas state ID
They won’t cash, because they can’t take a state ID So went to AceCashExpress in Orange she had no problem taking care of us. That’s why we give Vicky the full post, she went above and beyond for us
You have an awesome lady working there. And when he gets his other checks we will go to Vicky and take our business there.
