False advertisement hours online, we walked in to the store around 8:25 pm and the workers 3 of them told us that they close in 5 minutes and I asked them why if their regular closing time is 9:00pm and they reply no it's at 8:30 pm and one more family stay out of the store waiting for them to open the door when we left , it is crucial that some one updates the online hours so we can make arrangements and go with enough time time the store. It's a good store but they didn't respect their online store times.

This store needs to do better on who they hire. The one in Lumberton is waay better. Lazy employees management could care less. Will not be going back

My brother shops here and they discriminate against facial tattoos loss prevention followed him around in the store I'm so pissed about it y'all need to do better find the real thief's and stop discriminating against people with tattoos y'all saw he spent 100 bucks and still followed him outside so better

Formerly Burke's Outlet, Bealls in Orange offers practically the same merchandise at the same prices.The store was clean and the merchandise only somewhat in disarray. Which made it a little difficult to find some things, as well as the price of some items.As for employees, they were all but impossible to find, or even see. Except for at the checkout. But the employer at the checkout was courteous.I will admit that this is no change from when Bealls was Burke's Outlet at the same location.-I have been to other locations where things were much different. In those other locations, there were employees on the merchandise floor, straightening and fronting shelves and items. As well as being available to ask for help or to answer any questions.But overall, a decent experience.And you can hardly beat the prices. Although, there are other places and websites that offer similar, and even cheaper, prices for the same or similar items, that offer better customer service and shipping experiences.

I love Burke's. Always come home either a nice piece of clothing or something very nice for the home at 1/4 of the retail store prices.
