Prices change sporadically as well as when you're talking on the chat customer service line there may be some misconception or confusion as to whether you are talking to a bot or a human

I was afraid to go to the store, because I am disabled, and ended up getting a better deal online! I review stores as a secret shopper, and I have never used Cricket before.
Although I have not gotten my phone yet,I changed my review because of the management addressing the matter. In my case, this is a top rated store, and I will not have 1 employees
insubordination to go against a company. I am still waiting in anticipation to receive my phone, however. But speaking as a disabled senior, I applaud good customer service.

This place and company is not good! Makyla and Itali both have problems. I watched Itali niece steal a phone out the store. I told on her soon after and she has had it out for me ever since. I do not recommend this place to any family are friends.

The service there was great in Orange. The girl who helped me fix both of my problems while I was out of town. They were way above the service I get here in the Woodlands. So thank you to the girl who helped me.
