Not sure why there are so many negative reviews but they have always been very straight up and reasonable with me. Even when they transitioned from West Gas. It's not their fault if YOU run out of propane and it takes them a couple days before they are in your area to get propane to you.

Do not use this service. They will leave you without propane, the also “lost” our account during their acquisition somehow.

At one point I had this rated at 1 star and wanted to change over to a different provider but Sandra Peralta has been amazing with getting all the right information and making the effort, she's the reason why I'm adding 3 stars to this review, but they really need to get things organized.

When it was West Gas, customer service was awesome and we got deliveries very quickly. Now that it is Pinnacle, it takes 20 minutes to talk to someone at a call center and theres bo telling when youll get service. The website isnt any better.

Auto fill stopped without us knowing and when we checked we were down to 5%.Never had any trouble in 35 years until now.

Very disappointed in the service that we have received since it has changed dealers. Ordered gas on 1/20. It is now 2/7 and still no delivery.

No customer service, I would not recommend this propane dealer to anyone. I put in a request 2 weeks ago online to get my tank filled, still have not heard back from them. They are not even worth one star!

The service since the change to this new company gets worse each time. Changed the delivery estimate day twice for this round. Very disappointed because service used to be fantastic, friendly, and prompt. Now rude when calling in, and can’t trust the day they give for delivery. We’re stuck with this provider due to our location. They seem to be fully aware of that and can treat customers poorly because of lack of options in providers.

Horrible customer service!! I was on hold for over an hour and the message kept saying you are number 17 in the que. I also submitted an online request for a phone call and they never returned the call. They messed up my bill and they can't figure out how to fix it. Wouldn't recommend them to an enemy!!

I understand high call volume and weather related peak demands.I do not understand the inability to return a phone call or getting a message that the "mail box is full and you can't leave a message".I tried to order online but got a "forbidden site" message when I tried to place the order.Things were certainly better when it was owned by the Urbanovskys.

When it was west gas it was a great mom and pop kind of company, now that they sold out this other company has jacked up the rates and they dont want to answer the phones. I'M trying other places.
