On 4/17/25 I went to store 966 at approximately 6:50 pm. I was exhausted from a long work week. I came in on through the entry by the lotto machine. I go to the atm and withdraw $40, 2- 20s. Machine only gives 20s. I go look at the pizza, then the hot dogs, then pizza again, and I check out. Total was $16.50 and my brain said my 20s were 10s (very hungry and tired) and I gave both and was given $3.50 in change. I overpaid by $20 and was given incorrect change. I leave and I can’t help but feel like this was super expensive. I realize my mistake while still in the Parking lot. I go back in, wait in line, explain what happened and asked if they had a way to audit the drawer to see if it was $20 over. They open the drawer and say it has 4 $20s which was where it was supposed to be and that I would need to call back tomorrow morning when the store manager was there so they could look at the cameras. I get it. Mistakes were made. There’s a process. They give me a receipt with the time of 6:57:30pm. Next morning I call the store and am told the manager is at a meeting and the other employees must not have known. I’m asked to call back at 1:35pm. The manager will be back and he will still be there to explain the situation. I call back at exactly 1:35pm and the employee I spoke to the previous night answered and said he remembered me and that I needed to call back earlier in the morning because the manager had already left. He said I would need to call back Monday. I’m disappointed at this point. I won’t be back on this side of town for a couple of weeks. I call back Monday morning a few times and no answer. It may have been a busy time for them, who knows. It’s no longer worth my energy to deal with this, but here’s my story.

This has ALWAYS been my go-to QT since its day one of opening. Why? Well, because of the amazing crew that I've had the pleasure to get to interact with, and depending on the shift, developed a great rapport with as well...until tonight. Who is this Blake being, and wherever you got it from, would you please send it back? Not only does it have some strange chip on its shoulder (perhaps for POC, not sure because I brushed off some past negative interactios before, not to mention others I've heard from about it), but when it misconstrues the vibe of a pleasant interaction, it catches an attitude, deliberately contrives to misquote you, and then proceeds to act high-handed as though it's done nothing unprofessional or inappropriate to you as a customer. This all after letting it know I did not hear its initial statements from across the store. Wth...feel free to pull the tapes. Keep your Sugar-coated negative attitude and vibe at home.
QT please do better with this one. More DEI training might not help with this one though. If nepotism got it its position at your location, then just throw it, and its whole association that got it that position in the trash.

Just off 377 and 170, easy on/off. Convenience store with all the junk food and basic car needs (window washer fluid) you might need. Clean restrooms.

Pretty great when the worker tears down the whole fountain drinks to clean instead of doing half at a time a lot of us drive for work and the next gas station is miles out. Would have been nice to get my drink

Clean store, friendly staff and awesome egg rolls. If you plan on purchasing something to heat up in microwave do it before 10:30 or after 1:00 when all the contractors and mowgrants are gone. Otherwise you're not getting a microwave... same for 7-Eleven on Old Denton & 170.

Store is always clean and customer service is top notch. They even looked at video for me when I thought my gas bill was higher than it should be. My truck was just thirsty than I thought.

Pretty good gas station but way too crowded during the day, so I get my gas there at 5am on my way to work. Pumps work fine but from time to time, you see some shady types of people who ask for money or sit in the vehicle and never pump gas.

I recently visited the QT on 170 and 377, a location my family and I frequent daily. We've always had positive experiences with the friendly staff here, but today was a letdown. I stood in line patiently and, when it was finally my turn, I handed my lottery tickets to the cashier for scanning. To my surprise, she asked, "Are these winners?" I replied honestly, "I don't know."Instead of helping me further or checking the tickets, she simply slid them back to me and said "well you can go scan them yourself over there" and proceeded to assist another customer as if I didn't require any further assistance. I was taken aback and explained, "No, I still need to purchase more lottery tickets."While this QT location usually impresses with its efficient handling of multiple customers simultaneously, this particular encounter with the cashier left much to be desired. It seems like the quality of service at this branch is declining, and I may have to consider driving to the QT on 35 and 114 in the future.
