“I cannot describe how pleasant my experience was with the Van Alstyne Post Office today.A package was listed as delivered. When I checked, the package wasn’t there. I called over to the Post Office and spoke with the Post Master.Long story short: he asked that I give it another hour or so and if the package hasn’t arrived to call him back.I did get the package about 45 minutes later. Didn’t want to call to the Post office again since I was sure they were crazy busy.In an act that I don’t see anymore, the Post Master called me back to confirm I received the package. Love the follow through”

The issues with the delivery were somewhat beyond their control but they were empathetic and solved the problem immediately.”
