I went to deposit some change into my account and they (clerk and manager) told me they dont accept loose change! What bank will not take your money to deposit! I was told to go to another location! I will be closing my account!

The branch manager, Rudy, at this location is amazing. He helped me with something today and was so kind, prompt and helpful. Employees like him are a rarity these days and I couldn't be more appreciative. Thanks again, Rudy!!

The majority of the staffing at this location are awesome. I've only recently had an issue with one staffing member. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable while trying to resolve a loan issue I was already embarrassed to have to undergo. Her laughing in my face would have been a nicer gesture than how she handled the situation. She was rushing me from the very moment I walked up to the counter and her irritation with life itself is very apparent. She was more concerned with the $25 dollars she had just won than ensuring I was well taken care of and walking away feeling satisfied. In the end, The information she had given me WAS false as I stated while attempting to talk to her. Its a simple as not ever going to her EVER again, but I feel better knowing she could potentially see this and know that she is in fact a B******

Customer service is VERY POOR. I won’t speak on management YET, but my husband will be closing his account and I’m sure many others will with such unhelpful and RUDE customer service. I am a banker myself and where I work our customers and their family who our customers recommended us to mean everything and are the success to our business. This branch could use a lot of training & coaching especially workers Tina Ovalle and Giovanna Sanchez. Hopefully this gets past the branch manager who was busy taking a call during the incident who maybe to overwhelmed to care. All I can say a this branch business will decline due to their poor service

Was told I would get 20$ for setting up a bank account with direct deposit and every time I ask I'm told :they should be there by tomorrow or next couple of days" or "well u have to talk to the manager." Why lie to people like that? I wouldn't even mind if the bank was any good but not.. they close early when they are supposed to close at 8 and you can't deposit money through the ATM. Lines are always long! Don't recommend this bank at all!! And I'm a Walmart employee.

No accommodation for physically challenged individuals. We must struggle to get off a scooter & walk to counter, standing while employees sloooowly do their jobs. Employees are impatient with us, asking, "What can I do for you today?" OVER & OVER before we can even dismount scooter. If I wanted to yell, sharing my business with everyone in the area, I would answer the first query. You need to accommodate disabled. It's the LAW. ALL these issues are UNACCEPTABLE.
